As an experienced Listing Agent, my goal is to get my Sellers Top Dollar.  I position my clients home in its best light by using professional images to showcase their home, staging (if necessary), lead follow-up, and my own personalized marketing plan along with implementing all the technology Howard Hanna offers. When offers are received, I review the pro's and con's of any and all offers with my Sellers. I communicate with you every step of the way.  Selling a house is more of a process then just putting a sign up.  I am the full-service professional you hire to orchestrate the process, but the final decision is yours.  With communication, my sellers and I are on the same page!
